How long does delivery take?

Please allow up to 14 calendar days from placing your order for printing and delivery. Our products are printed to order, so this includes the time needed to prepare your item and post it from our print partner’s warehouse. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

Why are the products showing as sold out?

We’re putting the finishing touches to Morbidly Amused before opening for orders. You can explore the designs now, but products won’t be available to buy until launch.

How do I choose a clothing size?

Check the size guide on the product page before ordering. Compare the measurements with a garment you already wear comfortably. If you can’t find the information you need, contact us before choosing your size.

Will the colours look exactly like the pictures?

Colours can look slightly different on different screens and printed materials. Product mockups show the intended design; placement and scale may vary slightly between garment sizes.

Can I add a name or change a design?

Personalisation is something we’re exploring. It is only included when a product listing specifically offers it. Please contact us before ordering if you have an idea you’d like to discuss.

How should I care for my item?

Follow the care instructions on the product page and the label or information supplied with your item. If you’re unsure, ask us before washing or cleaning it.

What if there’s a problem with my order?

Use our Contact page and include your order number and a description of the issue. If an item arrives damaged or there’s a printing problem, clear photos will help us understand what has happened.
